BOD and OFFICERS 2006 - 2008

We are please to advise you that after the proclamation of the ELECTION COMMITTEE of the winners for the four (4) seats in the Boards as a result of the election held on February 25, 2006, the following are the present composition of the Board of San Jose Village III and its officers as well:

1. MR. RONNIE E. MANLAPAZ       Director/President
2. MR. ANDY L. DE LA CRUZ         Director/Vice President
3. ATTY. WILFREDO M. GARRIDO     Director/Corporate Secretary/Legal Counsel
4. MS. CAROL TAN-SANTOS       Director/Treasurer
5. MR. ROMMEL S. SANTOS        Director

Likewise, the head of the following committee are:

1. FINANCE                                CAROL SANTOS
2. IVAC/MSEC Infrastructure and Village Aesthetic         RONNIE MANLAPAZ
        Maintenance, Sanitation & Environment Committee
3. SPOC    Security, Peace and Order Committee        ANDY DE LA CRUZ
4. SCSC    Social, Cultural, and Sports             ROMMEL SANTOS

The Association is presently accepting homeowners and residents who would volunteer to participate in any of the various committees mentioned. We value your participation so we can re-organize the committee members. For those interested just inform ARLENE or any of the office staff so we can include your name in the list.

We are also updating you the names of the security guards presently deployed by CELEBRITY SECURITY SERVICES.

    nice to know that our village has its own web/blog site.
    Just a few questions:
    1. when are we going to have our own cable tv service and telephone (pldt) lines?
    2. what about opening the other gate directly along laguna blvd (along mayon st?)?
    3. can we have our shuttle service? (i mean those tricycle drivers are charging like hell because they know we've got no other options)
    4. a year ago you made a survey with regards to our preference: covered court, swimming pool or air-con clubhouse. What happened to this project? Short of funding? I understand that part of the funding comes from LPHI (now Avida), did we get it?

  5. Do you already have an updated list of officers? Its already 2010. The officers shown are from 2006-2008.
