Proclamation of the Winners for Election 2006

The Election for the Directors of the Association with a two-year term was held on Saturday, February 25, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

A total of 191 ballots were cast out of 366 qualified voters.

The results are the following:

1.   ALEJANDRO DE LA CRUZ    118

2.   WILFREDO M. GARRIDO JR.    102

3.   RONALD S. GUEVARRA      86

4.   RONNIE E. MANLAPAZ      127

5.   MA. JOY QUINAL      99

6.   CAROLYN TAN-SANTOS      113

The following are hereby proclaimed winners based on the above results: Messrs. Ronnie Manlapaz, Andy de la Cruz, Carol Tan-Santos, and Atty. Wilfredo Garrido Jr.

Likewise, the proposed AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS were approved by 119 YES votes against 52 No votes.

Congratulations to all the winners as well as the other candidates and to all the homeowners who joined and took time to participate in this exercise.
