Updating of SJVIII residents' 201 File

Dear SJV III Residents,

Good day!  Would like to remind everyone the ON-GOING UPDATING of SJVIII residents' 201 File.
With this, we will require homeowners/residents to fill up the "Information Sheet" and submit to Admin office together
with the following documents:

1.  Title Certificate (TCT) or
2.  Deed of Sale
3.  Photocopy  of any gov't ID
4.  Contract of Lease (addtl. for Tenant)
5.  Secretary Certificate (Board Resolution)- addtl. for Company or Corporation.

We will distribute the "Info Sheet" thru our security guard or staff which you must acknowledge and must be ready for submission on the following days.  You may submit it directly to the Admin office.

New Policies for Implementation

BOARD RESOLUTION No. 20-S-2016 | ONE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF UNIT
A Unit owner or tenant may only park one (1) vehicle on a street in front of his unit depending on the One Side Parking Scheme of the month (Clarification of OSP Policy). Thus, if a member has more than one car, he has to park one inside his garage and the others at the vacant parking lanes in the village which is also depending on the OSP of the month.
EFFECTIVITY: Sept. 24, 2016


BOARD RESOLUTION No. 21-S-2016 | KARAOKE/VIDEOKE POLICY
1. No Videoke/Karaoke during weekdays
2. Saturday and Sunday may be allowed with permit, from 2pm to 10pm only. Beyond 10pm, penalty of 1000 per hour will be charged.
3. Videoke/Karaoke singing without permit shall be charged 3000 pesos per hour.
EFFECTIVITY: Jan. 1, 2017

Their right of way request here in our village was already approved by the Board. After one-month processing, they said they will start installation of their facilities here in our village. So, either by January or February 2017, they will put up a booth at the clubhouse to start receiving applications of PLDT lines.
