Proclamation of Winners for Election 2010

The election for the Directors of the Association with a two-year term was held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.

A total of 353 were cast out of 617 qualified voters.

Amended Notice Of Members’ Meeting For The Election Of The Board Of Directors

Pursuant to Section 1 Articles IV of the Amended By-Laws of the SAN JOSE VILLAGE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, an amended notice is hereby given that the election of the members of the Board of Directors will be held on February 27, 2010 (Saturday), from 9:00 a.m.to 3:00p.m. at the San Jose Village III Clubhouse, Mayon St.. Brgy. Biñan, Biñan, Laguna.

The election will Fill all five (5) seats of the Board.

All accomplished Nomination and Proxy Forms preciously distributed and submitted to the Village Administration Office shall be honored as such while all other deadlines given on the basis of the first notice shall remain the same.

Village III Clubhouse, Mayon St.. Brgy. Binan, Binan, Laguna.

The election will fill four (4) seats of the Board.

Attached to this notice is a Nomination Form for you to accomplish should you want to nominate a member/homeowner in good standing to be elected to position of director. The names of the nominees will be forwarded to the Election Committee that will evaluate the qualifications of the nominees for election.

Likewise, a Proxy Form is also attached for you to fill-up in case you cannot attend the scheduled election of the Board. This Proxy Form may be forwarded to us by e-mail (mysjv3@yahoo.com) or be submitted to the village office not later than February 13, 2010.
