Result of the Nomination

The Election Committee, in accordance with the Election Rules and Guidelines, met on February 25, 2010 to evaluate the nominees for the election of fiev (5) members of the Board of Directors who will be elected on March 20, 2010.

The Following nominations were received:

Messrs. Dennis Bautista, Leo Fortugaleza, Marlon Reyes, Rommel Santos, Ricardo Tolentino, Jr., were not accepted because they failed to garner the minimum five (5) nominations required.
