New Policy on Caretakers

Dear Neighbor,

We are writing to you in relation to our new policy on caretakers(s) of your property/ies in SAN JOSE VILLAGE III.

In our efforts to improve security measures and to reduce numbers of burglary incidents, we are implementing the below policies within thirty (30) days after this notice, as stated in Board Resolution Number 17-S-2016:

Policy on Caretakers
a. Homeowners may assign a Caretaker to look after the property provided that they issue a letter of request to the village admin with the following information:

i.   Name of caretaker
ii.  Name(s) allowed persons to join caretaker
iii. Conditions given by the homeowner to the caretaker
   1. Duration of assignment of caretaker
   2. If caretaker is allowed to stay in the unit or only visit unit to check, clean or maintain
   3. Restriction of the homeowner to the caretaker

b. Village Admin shall require the caretaker to submit the following before allowing move-in:
i.   Name of caretaker;
ii.  Copies of two (2) government IDs;
iii. NBI Clearance(s) issued within six(6) months prior to move-in;
iv.  Police Clearance;
v.   Barangay Clearance from previous residence;
vi.  Two 1x1 ID photo (for village ID)

c. Caretakers are not allowed to bring their family, friends or any companion to the housing unit he/she is assigned to by the homeowner, unless with the written consent from the homeowner, the Village Admin and the BOD.Violation of this policy will result in banning of the said caretaker from the village.

d. Caretakers shall always carry their IDs while inside the village premises and shall be surrendered to the gate guard upon exiting the gate.

e. An employment contract or any binding agreement between the unit owner and the appointed caretaker shall be required, and is still subject to the approval of the HOA BOD.

f. Absence of requirements for the below is subject to the following penalties:
i.   Non-submission of requirements - will not issue I.D.
ii.  No Village ID - 1000 pesos per day

Our Homeowner's association is creating new policies toward the general welfare and safety of our village - and we are looking forward to your understanding and compliance.
