Tricycle Drivers in Uniform

Monday, September 22, 2014 Posted by Admin , No comments
Dear Members,

Tricycle drivers who are in uniform are most likely legitimate members of a Tricycle Association and have the driver's license to take in passengers. In  your next tricycle ride to the village, make sure you and your household members ONLY RIDE with drivers in uniform for your protection.

Effective 22 September, our village will only allow entry of tricycle drivers who are in uniform or vest inside the villag.

Also on this date,  we shall implement a stricter entry rule to all tricycle units based on our recent Board Resolution (08-S-2014).  This resolution require tricycle drivers to turnover their IDs and licenses upon entry at the gate, keep 20 kph speed inside the village and reduce noise from their vehicles.

We request your cooperation by informing other members of you households.

Yours Truly,

Board of Directors a

Secure Your Valuables

Wednesday, February 26, 2014 Posted by Admin No comments
Dear Members :

Re: Secure Your Valuables

In the past week, two robbery incidents have been reported in the village involving an expensive bike and some household items.

As a safety measure, we encourage everyone to secure valuables especially those left in the garage such as bikes (expensive or not), gas tanks, electric tools, and car gadgets. It is best to lock, secure, or bring in these valuables inside the house when you are away during the day or when you retire at night.

While tighter resident and activity monitoring are being implemented by our Security guards, we encourage everyone to be more vigilant. Be smart and keep your eyes open for security risks in and around your home. Report suspicious individuals to the following :

Guard House - 0905 303 5501
Barangay Biñan : 049 541 2090
Police Station (Timbao Station) - 0919 492 6853

Be the eyes of your neighborhood!

Yours truly,
AMIEL DE CASTRO
Director / Head of Security Committee

P. S. For our growing bike enthusiasts in the village, attached are some security tips.

Guest Entry

Sunday, September 16, 2012 Posted by Admin No comments
Dear Fellow Homeowners,

As added measure to tightening our Security efforts, we would like to request everyone to inform our Gate guards by calling the number indicated, the names of your expected guests or suppliers BEFORE their expected time of arrival.

Security: 0905 210-65-62

Should you fail to inform the guards and your guest happen to be already at the gate, we shall ask your guest to call you so you can in turn call our Admin office at 0917 861-6812 (9am - 6pm) or the above number (from 6pm onwards) to allow them entry. Your guest/s will be asked to park at a designated area until we hear from you.

We request your cooperation to this effect to better protect you and your family and ensure security within the Village.

Tricycle Service

Saturday, September 15, 2012 Posted by Admin 1 comment
Dear Fellow Homeowners,

Effective October 1, 2012, only two passenger tricycles at a time will be allowed to wait outside our gate, and only during designated period - from 6-9 am and 4-7 pm. Tricycles will not be allowed to stay or wait beyond this time.

To ensure prompt arrival of tricycles before you leave, or if you need one beyond the allowed time, it is best that you call or text our Security-on-Duty at least 15 minutes ahead at this number: 0905210-65-62 (Security)

Avida has provided a Tricycle Terminal at Gate 2 where tricycles SHOULD wait. They can be called by our Security via hand-held radio should anyone request for their services.

We ask for everyone's understanding and cooperation to ensure that our gate is clear from any obstructions, and preserve its clean and green appearance.

Magmalasakit... Atin Ito!
