Dear Members :
Re: Secure Your Valuables
In the past week, two robbery incidents have been reported in the village involving an expensive bike and some household items.
As a safety measure, we encourage everyone to secure valuables especially those left in the garage such as bikes (expensive or not), gas tanks, electric tools, and car gadgets. It is best to lock, secure, or bring in these valuables inside the house when you are away during the day or when you retire at night.
While tighter resident and activity monitoring are being implemented by our Security guards, we encourage everyone to be more vigilant. Be smart and keep your eyes open for security risks in and around your home. Report suspicious individuals to the following :
Guard House - 0905 303 5501
Barangay Biñan : 049 541 2090
Police Station (Timbao Station) - 0919 492 6853
Be the eyes of your neighborhood!
Yours truly,
AMIEL DE CASTRO
Director / Head of Security Committee
P. S. For our growing bike enthusiasts in the village, attached are some security tips.
