Your BoD has received the request for a special meeting of residents to discuss issues that had been addressed already in our 3-page letter dated June 13, 2004. Five points had been raised in the request and these will form the part of the agenda;
The basis of the computation of the Association Dues
The interest applied in the other modes of payment (semi-annual 2%, quarterly 4%, monthly 6%) of the Association Dues
The justification of the hiring of BMGSI to run the day to day affairs of the Association
The method of information Dissemination employed by the BoD
An update on the status of the agreements reached between the former working group and LPHI
It must be apparent to those who took time to read our June 13, 2004 letter that the first three items in the list were already explained clearly. Nevertheless, your Bod will be glad to explain these issues again verbally to those who will be present in the aforementioned meeting. Your Bod therefore request your presence in the scheduled meeting;
