Good Day, Today We experienced NO WATER AT ALL! I called your office twice to check what went wrong with the service. The lady asked me that your office sent out a notice that there will be a water shortage, I said yes, I received that notice ALMOST A MONTH AGO, not yesterday not even last week! THis kind of thing surprises most of us villagers because we all thought that the repair was already finished as we had good supply already for the past weeks.
ReplyDeleteIs this the kind of service that AYALA LAND offers now? Is it hard to make a simple notice in advance that there will be water shortage so we could have at least prepare.
If your office will send letter today, isn't too late for that?! Someone should be fired for their negligence.
Don't argue with residents if they decided to put their own overhead water tanks, because of the lousy service that you have provided.
